I've been craving jalapeno mac and cheese for a couple of weeks now. I finally found a recipe. It turned out fab (night time photos of food are way unappetizing but trust me it was soooo good). I used 5 fresh jalapenos instead of pickled ones and substitued corn meal for bread crumbs (that was ok, I would stick to bread crumbs- I just didn't have any). Very spicy and the tomatoes are a great addtion to all the creamy ingredients.
