Reminder: Work is fun

I love my co-workers. Sid & Wilson had a bake-off last week and chose Thomas, Juan and I to be judges. They both made yummy carrot cakes. Yes, we sometimes have too much fun at work! Sid's cake, the left one, won. I loved the fresh ginger, and the pecans, which gave it a nice texture and more complex taste. The icing was also really creamy and not too sweet for me. Wilson's lego looking carrot icing was super fab. Wilson takes the icing (prize)!

After work, a couple of us went down to Chinatown and had a picnic of pork chops over rice in the cold (from May Wah, the only authentic Taiwanese food I've ever had in the States.)
