It's getting too hot to bake but I've been fixing this jalapeño corn bread recipe lately and trying to perfect it. It's so good that we never have leftovers.
My additions:
extra jalapeños
3/4 cup of chopped scallions
1/2 cut of cooked turkey bacon in bite sized pieces
also I bake it for at least 40 min. in my oven on the middle rack.
