Poof! They're gone.

Our co-op hosts two flea markets a year. The rent on the table space gets collected and goes toward improving the building. It's a cute idea and I don't know how much we make but the president of our co-op is very into it. This year the money is going toward some much needed upkeep of the garden like the trimming of the bushes.

I got asked to make something for the food table so we decided on the Quaker Oats Vanishing Oatmeal Cookies. Instead of raisins, we added orange flavored cranberries from TJ's and used organic oatmeal (regular, not quick)from Fairway instead of the Quaker brand. It turned out delicious though I should have made a double batch because now they are all gone and I don't have any to share with my friends.
