Nothing has been sorted out quite yet but I've just been comforted by good customer service at another company. Ahh! The voice of professionalism sounds overwhelmingly beautiful.
I'm rooting for you too! My theory is that this is all part of a good trip. Something has to go haywire BEFORE but once you are there all shall be perfect :)
