I poured half this hot sauce on my food. It's way salty but so nice and spicy!

Boon Chu looks great. You should try Zabb in Jackson Heights too. Delicious. Now I'm hungry!
I used to be a huge fan of Zabb, but it's changed. I don't know if it's the owners or what, it's not the same as it used to be. My fav is Chao Thai.
