Oh, hey there!

Excuse me for the unannounced vacay from the P&L. I've been busy. Busy how? Sorting out life. Let's start with the big one. My greatest job ever at the Met ended on June 30th. I was there for 8.5 years. I've thought and thought about it for months, and am still thinking about it. It was an amazing job in many ways but the two points that stand out for me? The art (of course) and my co-workers.

Then I got a new job. It happened really quickly. Flashed before my eyes. And here I am, training in Western Mass. for the summer.

I'm an extremely lucky duck to get a new job in this economy, I know. I have great new bosses, co-workers, and again, I'm around great art. First up, Jack London's negs of mostly travel and leisure. Plus, I'm living the grand life I will never live again. Under 5 minute commute to work, a swimming pool, nature- life is sweet (most of the time).

I'm also trying to purchase an apartment all at the same time everything is happening. Real estate agents and paperwork take up all of my "other free time." And I have to get all this done, without a cell phone reception. Humph?

And then there's the Exposure Book Project that I'm in, which is OUT NOW!
3 baby showers this summer, plus jury duty (maybe).

And then maybe I'll make some new pictures.
