The Epic Tale of the Couch

The couch is really here. It was an uphill battle, starting with the storage location, Pittsburgh, PA. Ross' brother, Reed, hauled it across all of PA for us in a trailer. We were then denied move-in rights by the co-op, there was an "unwritten rule" about no deliveries or moving anything large on nights and weekends. Yes, it is worse than all of our cell phone plans put together along with the horrible customer service. (I was treated very poorly by my super.) So we had to temporarily store it at the gallery. (Thank you Crystal for being so gracious!) When we went to move it, the lever that releases the backseat of the car to fold down broke. We strapped the whole thing on the roof of our little VW Golf and slowly drove it home. And thanks to our neighbor's dolly, we managed to roll it through the bowels of the worst service entrance ever. The couch has finally arrived!

I will plan a housewarming when I bet back from Norway because you will have a place to sit!
